We may process this personal data for various purposes, such as:

  • Maintaining contact;
  • Providing a personal coach or trajectory;
  • Good and efficient service;
  • Management of the client file;
  • Performing administrative tasks, such as planning;
  • Improvement of services;
  • Reporting and analyzing for accountability to clients and improvement of services;
  • Invoicing;
  • Collecting funds and taking measures for the collection of funds;
  • Marketing;
  • Blocking spam;
  • Compliance with legal obligations;
  • Conducting disputes;

Basis of the processing

Your personal data will be processed to implement the agreement with you regarding the coaching- or training process. Your personal data can also be processed in order to comply with a legal obligation, such as, for example, obligations based on tax law.

We also process personal data for the legitimate interests listed below:

  • The improvement of our services;
  • The protection of our financial interests;
  • Security and management of our systems;

If personal data are processed on the basis of permission, this will be requested separately.

Third parties

In the context of our services, personal data may be provided to third parties. For the aforementioned purposes, services from third parties can be used, such as our IT suppliers, test agencies or other third parties that are involved in the coaching or training process. Your personal data could also be provided in the context of a legal obligation or court order.

We will not provide your details for commercial or charitable purposes.

Transfer of your data outside the EEA

The EEA is the European Economic Area, consisting of the countries of the European Union, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Iceland. Your personal data may be processed outside the EEA by our IT suppliers, testing agencies, or other third parties located in the United States, Australia, Singapore, Brazil, and the Philippines.

In addition, your data may be stored by third parties outside the EU when using Google Analytics, Twitter, LinkedIn, or Facebook. These parties are “EU-US Privacy Shield” certified, so they will comply with European privacy regulations.

How long do we store your data?

Your personal data will not be kept longer than necessary for the purposes mentioned in this privacy statement. This means that your personal data will be kept as long as necessary to achieve the relevant goals.

Certain data must be retained for longer, because we have to comply with the law, such as the fiscal retention obligation.

Cookies

Cookies can be used on the website to improve online services. Through cookies, your IP address and the system information of your device are processed so that our website recognizes you faster. For example, placing a message (comment) with an article (blog).
